What's new at Onix1 Island in Second Life:
The Xtreme sports tower (A Real Life project done in Second Life)
The Xtreme sports tower is a Real life project which I started in the year 2000, when I was working in sports marketing. It's a 60m multiactivity Extreme tower called "Thunderdome" including up to 10 activities/sports.
The real life project includes the next sports/activities: Bungee Jumping, The Ripride, Scad Diving, Big Swing (Giant Swing), Ejection Seat, Skyscraper, Catapult (Rocket Launcher), Rock-Wall (Climbing-Wall), Skyjumping and Tower-Running. You can find info about this project at Bungee Consultants International.
The virtual life project done at my Onix1 Island is also a Xtreme Tower, and offers the same activities/sports except Scad Diving which has been substituted by Rap-slide. Scad diving has no interest in a world where anybody can fly and float in the air ;)
The activities are basically the same, however we have introduced some changes in some of them to make them more enjoyable and interesting in Second Life. We have also added a pool to make water dip bungee jumps, and a time counter (cronograph) to do speed wall-climbing competitions.
Try them and enjoy Xtreme sports at Onix1 Island!.
The Xstreet SL terminal at the Onix1 Island Mall has been renewed. Our old terminal allowing transfers of Linden Dollars between the Second Life world and Xstreet SL and viceversa is obsolete, now transfers are done directly using the Second life website. The new terminal use share media to display XStreet SL in-world, which is specially useful if you are using the new SL Viewer 2 Beta.
Get your DCS2 (Dynamic Combat System 2.0) package at the new vendors in the 3 Floor Mall and enjoy Role Playing and combat in Onix1 Island and many other Second Life regions. It's only 75 Linden dollars!.
Find vendors of our lasertag equipment at the entrance of the Lasertag Combat Arena, in the underground area. Pay 250 Linden dollars just once and play Onix1 Island's Lasertag anytime! It's real fun, try it! :-).
Remember that Onix1 Island is an "adult" region (+18).
There are just 2 simple things you have to do to have access to Onix1 Island and any other "adult" content in Second Life:
1st. You should verify your age with your "Dashboard" page in the Second Life Website.
2nd You should activate "adult" content in your Second Life Viewer.

Onix1 Island events schedule:
We have a new resident DJ at Onix1 Island, the beautiful Myst Mysterio will be rocking the Beach Club on Sundays!
So the new weekly events schedule is the next:
Monday: Xtreme sports/activities session
Tuesday: DJ Duque (Dance/House or Rock special session (dedicated to one real life rock group))
Wednesday: DJ Lolo (Custom-made session, playing the songs of your choice!)
Thursday: Adult playground session!
Friday: Djadz (Freestyle session or themed party/contest)
Saturday: Free time to rest/work or do anything different;)
Sunday: DJ Myst Mysterio Rock session with themed party/contest)
Live events (parties with Dj's, live music gigs, ...) at Onix1 Island normally take place between 1.00 and 3.00 pm SLT (Second Life Time). I also organise/host other type of events like adult playground, Xtreme activities/sport sessions including: DCS2 Combat, Lasertag Combat, Battle Bumper Cars, Speed Wall-climbing, Skydiving (reaching a target) and others.

Register to our group "Onix1 Island Project", using a Group Register Machine for:
1st. Receiving notices about events and novelties.
2nd. Using your own objects and scripts in the island.
3rd. Playing lasertag and DCS2.
We have 4 machines, one for each island parcel. The machines are located beside a Profile Pick Reward System board. The PPRS board pays you 20 Linden dollars if you put Onix1 Island in your picks profile. You also have the chance to win the 100 Linden dollars weekly bonus!.
