What's new at Onix1 Island in Second Life:
LOOKING FOR PARTICIPANTS FOR A RESEARCH STUDY IN SECOND LIFE!
Steam powered iron machines, mechanical automatons that talk, towering factories and sprawling mansions, dirty Victorian streets and dark apartments that hold tantalizing secrets.
All this and more can be found on the Second Life island of Adamourne on Wells. These friends are looking for participants interested in playing a 2 hour mystery game as part of an academic study conducted by SUNNY Albany, Colorado State University, and Ohio University.
In short, participants will be asked to work with a group of other Second Lifers in a steampunk themed environment to solve the mystery of the Moonstone Diamond's dastardly theft, encountering interactive elements, puzzles, and eccentric characters along the way. For filling out the survey and playing the quest, participants will receive L$5,000 (Linden dollars).

There are just 2 simple things you have to do to have access to Onix1 Island and any other "adult" content in Second Life:
1st. You should verify your age with your "Dashboard" page in the Second Life Website.
2nd You should activate "adult" content in your Second Life Viewer.

The updated weekly events schedule is the next:
Monday: Miss Trix - Themed special sesion!
Tuesday: DJ Fran - Rock session, best of rock!
Wednesday: DJ Lolo - Custom-made session, playing the songs of your choice!
Thursday: Djadz - Freestyle session or themed party/contest!
Friday: DJ Bezo - Rock-Pop Session with the best tunes!
Saturday: Extreme sports & activities opened 24/7: Lasertag, Xtreme tower, DCS2, Bumper cars, skydiving and adult playground!
Sunday: DJ Myst - Rock session with themed party/contest!
Live events (parties with Dj's, live music gigs, ...) at Onix1 Island normally take place between 1.00 and 3.00 pm SLT (Second Life Time). I also organise/host other type of events like adult playground, Xtreme activities/sport sessions including: DCS2 Combat, Lasertag Combat, Battle Bumper Cars, Speed Wall-climbing, Target Skydiving and others.

Register to our group "Onix1 Island Project", using a Group Register Machine for:
1st. Receiving notices about events and novelties.
2nd. Using your own objects and scripts in the island.
3rd. Playing lasertag and DCS2.
We have 4 machines, one for each island parcel. The machines are located beside a Profile Pick Reward System board. The PPRS board pays you L$20 if you put Onix1 Island in your picks profile. You also have the chance to win the L$100 weekly bonus!.
